solution:

1. Dust removal sterilization

*Standard sandwich panel structure, inner and outer plates are 1.0mm thick galvanized steel plate, surface electrostatic powder coating

*The filter frame of the unit has a good sealing effect and reaches the F9 level.

*Use a lubrication-free, maintenance-free direct drive voluteless fan

*The unit is frame-structured, easy to disassemble and enter the unit for maintenance and cleaning, and install lighting equipment according to requirements.

*AL-KO units are packaged for winding and shrink film for short- and long-distance transportation to ensure cleanliness

2. Non-bacteria

*Design table cooler custom control below 2.5m / s

*The cooler and humidifier are designed with a sunken tilting drain pan and a water tray to ensure a smooth drain.

*The raw materials used by AL-KO units are in compliance with sanitary standards and the sealing materials comply with FDA standards.

*AL-KO units use rock wool or centrifugal glass wool as insulation materials, and the inside of the factory is assembled with holes to ensure that the insulation material does not leak.
